If you book a reading from me and you are not pleased with the result and feel as though it did not meet your requirements, you are able to request a re-do of the booking/reading for priority next-in-line for free, or receive a full 100% refund of the total amount you have paid.

Services and Guidelines

All of the readings I provide are given in good faith and are shared with you with the upmost respect. However, in some circumstances, the information may present as an opinion or judgement. I do not mean any disrespect with this. I do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of your reading, and at times I may have to reschedule your booking or extend the expected time frame. You also have the opportunity to do this, however I ask for at least 24 hours notice before cancellations or rescheduling.

Any spiritual guidance given to you should not be used as a professional diagnosis of a medical condition. If you do experience health issues, it’s recommended you seek advice from an actual and qualified doctor or healthcare worker.

I do not take any responsibility for any loss, stress or damage caused or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly by or from the guidance given to you or ideas suggested or referred to during a reading, or on this website.

I will exclude you from using my services listed here or on any other platform if your behaviour suggests or intends to unreasonably offend or abuse myself or any other person I may work with in future.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Psychic Medium Ashlee unaccountable for any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs including but not limited to legal fees arising from your services, your violation of these terms of use or your infringement, or infringement of any user of your account. Or of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These terms and conditions/terms of use will inure to the benefit of Psychic Medium Ashlee’s successors, assigns and licensees.

I do not have any control over nor do I guarantee any actions that you may decide to take as a result from using any of the products or services on this platform or any other platform I use and by using them, you agree that you will not hold me responsible or accountable for any damage arising as a result of actions taken by customers and clients in response to services as such:
 

1. Readings, guidance and advice given by the reader (Psychic Medium Ashlee)

2. The truth or accuracy of information or content and services such as readings and interpreted advice given to customer/client

3. The truth or accuracy of feedback received by customers/clients and posted by myself across website and social media platforms

4. Minimum levels of connections to reader (Psychic Medium Ashlee)

5. Incorrect use by YOU of the service

6. Any additional rates and costs charged by the reader (Psychic Medium Ashlee) when using the services
